EveriBody products have been created with a great deal of care and intention. So much so, we're confident that we will be your favorite brand of underwear!
However, if for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with your EveriBodys, we offer free return shipping within the continental U.S., and will issue a full refund if your return is made within 90 days of the purchase date. This includes items that have been tried on and with the original tags still attached. If the original tags are no longer attached, you may still return it within 90 days for store credit.
Exchanges are handled as returns and new orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can often take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
